Nine months ago I created 4% Real Estate in an effort to provide top notch real estate services at a reduced commission. In an effort to continue to provide exceptional service at a reduced price, I have left John L Scott Real Estate and joined the United States' first Internet Real Estate Broker, Redfin.com.
